Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive – Permanent – Yeovil – Full Time or Part Time - £40,000 + DOE - Great Company Benefits (Pension Scheme, 23 days' annual leave, flexi work arrangements) Are you a highly motivated Business Development Executive with at least three years of experience to help drive the growth of a business?

Main Duties and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition.
Key Skills Experience in using and implementing CRM systems.
Experience assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role with at least three years of experience.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement.
