To work collaboratively with Social Worker's, Young Person's Advisors, childrens homes, and partner agencies in order to produce the best outcomes for young people participating in the Staying Close Project.
To provide care leavers with the opportunity to achieve a full range of independent living skills so that they are ready to move onto more settled and permanent accommodation.
The post holder will have to work tenaciously, flexibly and in an entirely solution focused and empowering way.
