We're seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to join our team in Wolverhampton, supporting and empowering young individuals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Mentor and guide youth in personal and academic development
- Provide guidance in decision-making and goal setting
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with a team to create impactful programs
**Requirements**:
- Passionate about empowering young individuals
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate
- Previous mentoring or youth work experience beneficial
