We are looking for a PR & Content Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hughs on a fixed term on fixed-term basis for 12 months.
We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 2 days from home and 3 days on site.You will work closely with the Communications Manager, Head of Corporate Communications and wider marketing team to deliver a range of multi-media content across Frontier's external channels.You will help to deliver activity as part of the business' overall corporate communications plan and will be responsible for the implementation of external communications that support specific marketing campaigns, for example raising the profile of Frontier's people, technical expertise and wide range of products and services including: seed, crop nutrition and protection, agronomy, precision farming technologies and grain trading.The BenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for a mixture of home and site working (to be agreed with Line Manager)25 days holiday per calendar year with option to purchase 5 more daysDedicated Learning & Development team to support you and your careerEmployee Assistance Program providing 24 hours support & advice in areas such as health and wellbeing for yourself, your family & friends (up to 5 people in total)Increased Maternity, Paternity & Adoption leave benefits for eligible employeesLife Assurance scheme and pension plan with employer contributions of up to 7%Cycle to Work Scheme, employee retail discount scheme and free eye test vouchersAbout YouExperience in a similar marketing and/or communications role; writing/editing content and producing communications materialsA first-class command of English and the ability to write and edit concise, effective copy for different audiencesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience of content management creation and delivery via CMS platforms and social media channelsExperience of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or other video/design editing software would be advantageousExperience in agriculture is not essential, but the candidate should be passionate about learning about the sector and the future of food and farming.Your RoleAs a PR & Content Coordinator your role will involve:Close collaboration with the wider marketing team to deliver multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns aligned to clear goals and objectivesThe opportunity to help shape and drive Frontier's content strategy as the business moves into an exciting new chapterThe chance to offer creative input and ideas across a range of projectsWriting inspiring editorial content to help tell Frontier's story, working closely with the business' senior teams, technical and subject matter experts to create blogs, news stories, magazine columns and press releasesHelping to elevate Frontier's online presence by maintaining company website content, supporting Frontier's digital-first ethos and important foundation for all communications activitySupporting some in-house video and photo capture as well as commissioning professional photography and videographySupporting with event PR and external promotionOther communications projects as required by the business.
