Job summary **This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the 'ECT Family' this includes currentEast Cheshire NHS Trust employees,both NHSP and ECT bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Transformation Administrator to join our very busy, innovative and expanding transformation team.
Your key activities will include: Supporting the team to deliver programmes of work using improvement and redesign tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Supporting the planning and running of events held by the team, including the collation of materials, arrangements of venues and invitations, and the production of post-event reports/action plans.
Being a pivotal contact and liaison point on behalf of the team for both the wider organisation and external parties, responding to queries and signposting where appropriate.
Hours per week: Main duties of the job Please note: All staff in the Service Transformation team will be expected to work across departmental boundaries in a collaborative, matrix-style approach, providing a 'consultancy' function to services.
Provide an efficient, comprehensive, high-calibre administrative service to the Service Transformation team Support the team in the delivery of programmes of work using improvement and redesign tools, techniques, and methodologies Support the planning and running of events held by the team, including the collation of materials, arrangements of venues and invitations, and the production of post-event reports/action plans.
The dimensions of this post cover a broad spectrum of contacts including medical staff, senior managers, and health care professionals and the post holder will be acting as a pivotal contact and liaison point on behalf of the team for both the wider organisation and external parties, responding to queries and signposting where appropriate.
The post requires an individual with a flexible approach, willing to develop new skills and take advantage of supported opportunities to develop a working knowledge of core service improvement monitoring and improvement tools.
