Transformation Strategist

East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Service Transformation Officer.

This fixed-term position, lasting until November 2025, offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth. As a member of the transformation team, you will work independently on various initiatives, utilizing your time management skills and autonomy to drive positive change.

The role involves collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver strategic work programs, taking a leading role in specific projects. You will advocate for quality improvement approaches, driving continuous improvement and transformational change across multiple stakeholders and teams.

You will use quality improvement methodologies from concept to operational delivery, developing clear plans, analyzing data, and using robust evidence to demonstrate effectiveness. Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for supporting transformation/improvement and redesign programs.

Salary: £43,141 - £70,305 (dependent on experience)

• Proven experience in coordinating projects/initiatives in challenging environments.
