Job Description FLT and Manual Handling Trainer Field based - 100% travel required UK - Midlands preferred About the role: You will be required to provide training to new and existing employees for Forklift trucks on both Reach and Counterbalance vehicles, Tow truck/tractors (Such as Bradshaw Vehicles), Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT), and other MHE on site at our client's premises across the UK.
Conduct training sessions in person ensuring participants understanding and engagement.
This role will have responsibility to ensure that you fully comply to company policy on health and safety in aspects to your working environment.
You will conduct manual handling training with employees, inclusive of DSE Evaluation, workplace risk assessments and toolbox talk sessions.
The role will require you to engage with customers on site, remaining professional at all times and complete safety assessments at our client sites.
Some EU travel Some night shifts (approx 2 weeks per year) will be required to support the night workers Key Responsibilities Ensuring all site staff are trained and compliant to be conducting their individual roles in regard to safety.
Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for internal forklift/MHE operators, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
