About the Role

As an MHE Trainer at RS Integrated Supply, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to new and existing employees on Forklift trucks, Tow trucks, Powered Pallet Trucks, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across various client sites in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of training delivery, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. They will possess valid certifications in FLT Counterbalance and Reach Instructor, Tow Truck Training, and NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.

You will work closely with operational teams to understand specific challenges and requirements, and collaborate to create tailored training programs that meet the unique needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all site staff are trained and compliant to conduct their individual roles safely
  • Facilitate comprehensive training sessions for internal forklift/MHE operators, covering theoretical and practical aspects
  • Tailor training programs to meet specific operational requirements and safety protocols
  • Create a positive learning environment
  • Stay informed about updates in forklift technology, safety standards, and instructional methodologies

Requirements:

  • UK Driver's license
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach Instructor certification
  • Tow Truck Training certification
  • Proven record in training delivery - at least 2 years
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
