You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general information about our services such as our Health Care Plan.
You will be the first point of call for our clients, providing support and compassion.
Day-to-day duties of the role will include: Answering phones and booking appointmentsResponding to queries via phone, in person and emailRegistering new clientsCompleting insurance formsDispensing medicationsTaking paymentsAnd most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a positive outlook, an excellent work ethic, team spirit and a passion for animals.
