About the Role We are seeking a secondary supply teacher to join our team and provide high-quality, short-term or long-term cover across KS3 and KS4.
This role offers flexibility and variety while allowing you to contribute to students' academic growth and maintain a positive learning environment.
The role also has the potential to become full-time for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver Effective Lessons: Teach pre-prepared or self-planned lessons, ensuring continuity in students' learning during staff absences.
Adapt to Different Settings: Step into diverse classrooms, quickly establishing rapport and managing behavior effectively.
Support Exam Preparation: Provide subject-specific instruction to help students stay on track with their studies.
Collaborate with School Staff: Work closely with the school team to uphold a consistent learning experience.
