We are currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing NPD Engineer to join our client in Poole NPD/NPI Engineer Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.
Poole £38,000 to £42,000 Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week - day shift Permanent Our award winning manufacturing client are looking for a New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join their team in Poole.

Overseeing design to production process using Six Sigma or Lean methodology Overseeing improvements to existing and new products Scheduling PPM maintenance Basic troubleshooting of crimping, cutting, stripping and hand tool machinery Participate in cost reduction exercises Analyse and plan workflows, space requirements and equipment placement to maximise efficiency What we are looking for in the New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer?
Strong mechanical assembly experience Knowledge of Electrical wiring and cable assembly HNC/Degree in Mechanical engineering desirable Previous experience in a similar role 2D/3D Solidworks or Inventor experience is desired Working knowledge of Lean of Six Sigma is desired Does this sound like your next role?
