Graduate Business Development Executive leading to a management role within 12 months £27,000 basic (£30,000 OTE year one) Upto £70,000 within 3 years About the Role: We're seeking a talented and motivated graduate to join our growing sales team.
As a Business Development Executive, leading to management within a year.
You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
You will be working closely and learning from the Sales Director.
This is a new role and will have lots of flexibility to be innovative to create your own path to success About the company: Our employer is an established IT reseller of 20 years.

Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and generating new leads Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Negotiating deals and closing sales Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Traits We're Looking For: Recent graduate : A strong academic background, preferably in business, technology, or a related field Tech Savy : This person needs to be Tech Savy and Creative Resilience: Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude.
Analytical and Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate situations and make informed decisions.
