The Role: Were looking for a Senior Associate Contract Management to join us in our Belfast Office.
As a member of our team, youll be responsible for supporting our clients business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the clients contracts management and in-house legal teams.

Responsibilities Be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide range of Commercial Contracts Working closely with our Clients in-house legal departments on a range of matters such as international deals, bids, procurement, marketing, professional services, media, technology or consumer matters Be part of a team committed to the overall delivery of services and compliance with all delivery commitments to the client Active caseload management Adhere to all Factor delivery processes and commitments; Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date; Help develop contract templates, playbooks and other tools for use by the team; Be part of a team committed to continually improving our service to the client and adding value.

This role requires the legal knowledge to take instructions from our Clients, take appropriate action and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members.
