Artemis Human Capital has partnered with a leading bank to recruit an experienced Business Banking Manager to cover Lisburn, Armagh, Portadown and Newry region.
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and commercial team focused on driving profitability and expanding the bank's market share.
Key Responsibilities Lending & Portfolio Management: Structure and lead lending proposals, manage portfolios effectively, and acquire new business customers.
SME and Property Lending: Foster a high standard of lending through strategic deal structuring, risk assessment, and a focus on growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key intermediaries and stakeholders.
Collaboration & Target Achievement: Work closely with the Senior Business Manager to meet annual business targets.
Credit Applications: Prepare and submit high-quality credit applications that adhere to stringent credit and compliance standards.
Portfolio Compliance: Ensure the lending portfolio consistently meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
The Candidate Proven background in lending and credit management.
Ability to work autonomously or within a team to execute strategic plans that drive and sustain business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Demonstrates a strong commercial acumen.
