This is a significant opportunity within a top-tier private equity-owned company, poised for future expansion.
General Summary of Role: The Group CEO is accountable for defining and executing the overarching strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance across the group of companies.
This individual will lead global operations, champion sustainable growth, and align diverse markets and regions with the group's strategic vision.
A key mandate is to unify Business Units, Functions, and acquired businesses under a cohesive strategy, fostering collaboration and delivering integrated performance.
This includes overseeing the seamless integration of current as well as future acquisitions, to unlock synergies and enhance operational alignment.
The Group CEO will drive sustained growth and profitability by maximising synergies, strengthening market position, and navigating the complexities of scaling operations across diverse teams and geographies, all while steering the Group toward its long-term strategic goals.
Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: · Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
· Identify market trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic planning and business development.
· Oversee the integration of products and services to provide cohesive solutions to clients.
Operational Management: · Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
· Establish performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure operational excellence by optimizing processes, resources, and technology to meet business objectives.
Business Integration: · Lead the integration of the businesses, ensuring alignment of business processes, systems, and cultures.
· Develop and implement a detailed integration plan with clear milestones, KPIs, and timelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize products, services, and operational functions across both entities.
· Identify and address potential integration challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
· Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across both businesses to support a smooth integration process.
Financial Oversight: · Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
· Monitor and optimize EBITDA to enhance financial performance.
· Oversee management of working capital to ensure liquidity and efficient use of company resources.
· Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
· Collaborate with the finance team to manage investment, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Business Development: · Drive revenue growth by expanding existing markets and identifying new market opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
· Lead the sales and marketing teams in developing strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
· Identify, lead and participate in due diligence on future acquisitions.
Product Innovation: · Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging collaboration between R&D, engineering, and product teams.
· Oversee the development and launch of new products, ensuring they meet market needs and company standards.
· Stay up to date with technological advancements and industry trends to guide product strategy.
Compliance & Risk Management: · Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
· Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact business operations and reputation.
· Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards across all company activities.
· Comply with all ISO controls, policies and procedures.
Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility: · Champion the commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, ensuring that global operations align with environmental, social, and governance standards.

Requirements · 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, including experience managing a diverse portfolio of businesses.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within technology solutions or industrial technology sectors.
· Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing P&L, and leading diverse teams.
· Experience with business integration, mergers, or acquisitions.
· Strong knowledge of financial management, particularly EBITDA and working capital optimisation.
