We have a Full Time Permanent opportunity for a Claims Consultant to join our motor Claims teams in Wellington, Auckland & Christchurch.
This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers.
In this role, you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience.
We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
We can teach you everything you need to know about Insurance; however, Insurance experience would be an advantage for the right candidate.
In a 37.5 hour working week, you would be placed on a set shift, 7.5 hours per day Monday-Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
You may also be working on a roster to accommodate the extended hours of operation which are: Monday – Friday from 5:30-6:30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm (including public holidays).
