Job summary The successful candidate will work as part of a nursing team of qualified nurses and health care support workers on Ward 4, Ysbty Cwm Cynon to provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and to support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate destination.

The team of registered nurses and health care support workers provide nursing support to adults with rehabilitation needs and support complex discharge planning, ensuring that patients are discharged to the most appropriate are looking for compassionate, motivated and reliable individuals who have a desire to care for adults in the community hospital setting.
Within this role you will be part of the team caring for patients, deliveringpersonalised care, which supports learning and promotes an open and fair culture then apply to work with us.
You will receive support and development through in-service training, regular appraisals and clinical supervervision.
You will be supported in your role by the registered nurses, Ward Manager and Deputy Ward encourage informal visits to allow applicants to familiarise themselves with our services, and to answer any questions they may have.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
