We have an exciting opportunity to join our Home Team within DLG (Direct Line Group) in our Product & Commercial Strategy team, on a full-time basis.
As a valued member of the Home Team, you will be responsible for helping our Strengthen Value Stream to deliver business objectives through effective stakeholder engagement, change management, product management, analysis of customer and market insight, and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
What you'll be doing: Working in the Home Product Team to support delivery of our Home Product Roadmap with specific team missions and support delivery of customer and commercial outcomes.Identifies new product development opportunities in line with customer demand, market changes and the overall Home strategy.Responsible for creating, shaping and delivering the product development roadmap, gaining sign off through the product governance framework.Working effectively to manage stakeholder deliverables in line with the project plan and effectively communicating and finding solutions to overcome barriers to delivery.Shapes and aligns the holistic customer strategy, identifying and eradicating customer pain points and identifying opportunities to be brilliant for our customers.Analyse and report on product and customer MI on a periodic basis to identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities. Present findings to senior stakeholders with appropriate and proactive action plans.Strong and in-depth understanding of product MI to initiate, develop and deploy test & learn initiatives to drive improvements in our products across all our brands.Build deep understanding of regulatory landscape and identify implications on business models, products and processes.Actively seek out and bring the 'voice of the customer' into all team activities ensuring customer outcomes are considered and customer best interests' rules are adhered to when decisions are made.Be aware of and comply with the rules and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and any other legal/regulatory/risk management frameworks, keeping abreast of any changes.What you'll need: We're looking for someone that is comfortable working with different stakeholders, possesses strong customer, commercial and market focus and always looking for ways to do things differently to help us continue provide Home Insurance that suits our customer's needs in a changing market.
