We`re looking for a new Ecommerce Product Owner to join our Ecommerce team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.
In this role, you will As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ecommerce products.
You will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of ecommerce products within a large omnichannel retailer.
Working alongside the Ecommerce Product Manager, you will translate strategic product visions into actionable tasks that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
This role involves championing the product vision throughout the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise features, manage the product backlog, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that we deliver innovative and impactful ecommerce experiences.

Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day Product Vision and Strategy: - Work with the Ecommerce Product Manager to support in developing and articulating a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the overall business goals - Translate the Ecommerce Product Manager's strategy into actionable tasks and work with cross-functional agile teams to execute those requirements.
- Prioritise product features and functionalities based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis to ensure that requirements are well-defined, clear, and ready for development.
Product Backlog Management: - Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, detailed, and well-organised.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the backlog is understood and prioritised.
- Manage product backlog refinement and grooming activities.
Stakeholder Management: - Serve as a key point of contact for developers, QA teams, UI, UX, and designers, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and technology teams.

- Agile methodology expertise with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, including backlog management, prioritisation, and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent business acumen with a clear understanding of business objectives, financial metrics, and ROI.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to collaborate with development teams.
- Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
