OneFile is looking for an accomplished Marketing leader and people manager to join the team.
You will have the opportunity to help build out our marketing strategy and influence customers and clients alike from a marketing and strategy development perspective
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology (ideally SAAS) and in improving the customer experience
The Marketing Director is responsible for owning the strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships to increase the sales and profitability of OneFile.
OneFile is already incredibly successful and has a very high market presence, but to drive success within aligned sectors and the broader eco-system requires vision and creativity at a senior level whilst also continuing to develop the marketing team as world-class.
The role requires a balance of creativity and strong attention to detail.
The team are well equipped to implement the marketing plan each year, so the role is more focused on further personnel development, setting the direction and creating an exciting marketing presence for the company.
In performing this position, your core duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): - Creation of an annual marketing plan that provides the blue-print for customer communications, acquisition, branding and market positioning - Monthly reporting and forecasting of marketing metrics - Marketing budget management and forecasting - Management of team of 3 and external service providers - Close collaboration with the SLT members and the Sales and Customer Success teams.
