Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for an exciting B2B-focused product that is transforming the hospitality and events industry. This product has gained significant traction with catering and events companies worldwide, and we need a marketing expert who can take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both B2B technology and hospitality, with a proven background in scaling brands within the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a high-impact marketing strategy tailored to our unique hospitality product, focusing on global brand positioning and customer engagement.
  • Brand Building: Develop and maintain brand presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and resonance within the hospitality and events sectors.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Utilise both inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and enhance customer acquisition on a global scale.
  • Content and Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and deployment of compelling content, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives to increase product visibility and brand engagement.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Optimisation: Regularly analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine marketing strategies, ensuring maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, ensure brand consistency, and drive successful product adoption.


Key Requirements

  • B2B Hospitality Tech Experience: Strong background in B2B marketing within the hospitality technology sector, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • Hospitality Industry Roots: A deep understanding of hospitality operations, ideally from previous roles within the sector, that informs an empathetic, client-centric approach.
  • Proven Track Record of Scaling Brands: Demonstrated experience in taking brands from initial market entry to high-impact visibility, especially within B2B and hospitality tech environments.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data to adjust campaigns and strategies, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, collaborate effectively, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, compelling way.
