Job summary This will be an admin clerical support role based on Saunders Ward.You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff and ensure high standards of administration and patient experience.Creating follow up appointments and keeping patient records accurate and up to date.
Main duties of the job This role is a great fit for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support in leading the department to excellence.There is a position, working on a rota basis covering a service that operates 7 days a week including weekday, weekend and bank holiday.
Flexible working patterns is a possibility.You will be providing a comprehensive administrative service in support of the multidisciplinary team, using a professional and customer-centred approach to all patients and their families who are undergoing care at The Princess Alexandra Hospital.
About us Our Organisation The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT) provides a full range of general acute, outpatient and diagnostic services at The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, the Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishop's Stortford, and St Margaret's Hospital in Epping.
We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop's Stortford and Epping.
Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.
