Patient Flow Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Flow Team at Raigmore Hospital on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2025.
This post will cover both medical and surgical flow.
Working as a Patient Flow Co-ordinator you will support the daily management of pro-active patient flow through Raigmore Hospital by maximising the effective utilisation of beds and balancing the requirements of emergency and elective admissions.
The post holder will work with Theatres and the clinical teams to provide reliable and consistent information to the Patient Flow Manager and Senior Operational Management Team.
The post holder will also be required to work closely with Discharge Liaison Nurse colleagues.As a Patient Flow Co-ordinator your hours will be worked across 7 days providing a 24 hour service, with the exact hours for this post to be agreed.
