Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who embraces challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can efficiently manage influencer/collaboration campaigns to engage our incredible crafting community.

Responsibilities  • Collaborators Management: Handle outreach, communication, and collaboration with influencers and other collaborators.
• Project Management: Keep everything updated and logged, to ensure timely follow-ups and collaboration within the team.
• Analysis: Use performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and collaborations, and optimize future strategies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our marketing team to align influencer strategies with broader marketing efforts, helping Ribblr grow its global community of crafters.
• Innovation and Exploration: Stay current with the latest trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to influencer engagement.
Qualifications  • Experience with Influencer Marketing: Familiarity with managing influencer campaigns and social media partnerships.
• Project Management Skills: Experience using tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, or similar.
• ?? Team Player: You must have superb communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-Driven: Comfort with tracking performance metrics and providing insights, as well as analyzing data.
• Creative & Resilient: Be ready to reinvent processes and pivot when needed for the best outcomes.
• Crafting Passion: Being a crafter is a huge advantage but not a requirement — we can always teach you
