Now we look for an experienced Patent Lawyer to join our Legal department.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with our business development team to identify inventions and innovations eligible for patent protection; Develop and execute strategic patent filing strategies aligned with our company's goals; Conduct thorough patentability assessments and invention disclosures Prepare and prosecuting patent applications to navigate the patent approval process effectively; Maintain and oversee our intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights; Conduct comprehensive IP landscape analyses to identify opportunities and potential risks related to competitor patents and emerging technologies; Be the point of contact for external consultants with regards to patent related matters.
Requirements: Law Degree; IT related Master's or Ph.D will be considered an advantage.
Previous patent law firm proven experience of at least 5 years; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; Ability to think independently and fully integrate into a high achieving team environment.
