Job Description
QC Legal is seeking a skilled Commercial & Company Law Solicitor to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll work on cutting-edge projects, advising on transformative technologies, AI ethics, and strategic commercial contracts. As a Commercial & Company Law Solicitor, you'll have the opportunity to advise clients on commercial, data protection, and intellectual property matters, supporting them across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on data privacy issues, including compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations. Assist with IP matters, such as trademarks, patents, copyright, and licensing. Collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects, including emerging technologies, AI ethics, and data governance. Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, providing practical, business-focused advice. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
A minimum of 4-6 years PQE with strong experience in commercial, data protection, and intellectual property law. A solid understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, is essential. Experience advising clients on compliance strategies is also required. Strong technical knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
