Talent Acquisition Administrator - About The Role As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the company's recruitment efforts by assisting with the recruitment process, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring an efficient hiring process for all teams.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help attract and onboard the best talent for this growing business.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and arranging interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
Support the creation and updating of recruitment materials and job descriptions.
Communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including arranging documentation and preparing necessary paperwork.
