  Responsibilities:   As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant , you will:   Providing one-to-one and small-group support for students experiencing mental health challenges.
  Implementing tailored strategies to promote well-being and resilience.
  Supporting classroom activities to enhance learning and engagement.
  Acting as a trusted point of contact for students in need of emotional support.
  Requirements:   To excel as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant , you should have:   Experience working with children or young people with mental health needs (in education, healthcare, or similar settings).
  A genuine passion for supporting students' mental well-being.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
