We unleash the power of very small things to make big things happen. Join our team. About the role: Reporting to Head of FP&A with support from Lead BI Business Partner, you will also be paired with an experienced mentor to help continue our significant growth as an organisation.
What you'll do: Monitoring of our suite of analytical reports supporting the key business activities. Supporting incoming requests for development or incidents and being a key part of our planning process. Working with the Business Intelligence team to gather data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other sources. Analysing data using tools such as SAC, Power BI, Excel, and other BI software to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Preparing reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. Collaborating with other departments to understand their data needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Assisting with data quality checks and data cleaning processes to ensure accuracy and consistency. Participating in team meetings and contributing to team projects as needed. Continuously learning and improving skills in data analysis, visualization, and BI tools. Supporting the Business Intelligence team in the analysis, development, remediation, and delivery of new reporting and analytical deliveries. Completing business requests on time and to a high standard based on prioritisation. Participating and passing assigned studies. Ensuring BI activities meet standards and policy guidelines. About you: A-level in Maths - C or higher. Other related qualifications in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Prior experience in data analysis or business intelligence is a plus, but not required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Familiarity with BI software such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Confident, proactive, and results-driven. Ability to work within a complex multinational manufacturing company. Experience in virtual teamwork with people and teams in a global setting. Ability to quickly assimilate into a new team and understand the developing methods, capabilities, and tools. Methodical and thorough approach to tasks. Production/Manufacturing industry experience. Analytical and/or data management experience. Accuracy & attention to detail.
