About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Visitor to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a pivotal member of our healthcare services, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and well-being within the community. You will be responsible for managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child programme, ensuring exceptional care for families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct maternal mood assessments and new birth visits, providing comprehensive support to mothers and their newborns.
  • Champion child safeguarding and promote overall well-being through effective collaboration with multi-agency teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate, current NMC Registration, and proficiency in computerized recordkeeping (experience with Rio system preferred) and Excel. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in diverse teams are essential, as is a commitment to continuous professional development.
