Role Purpose To support and supervise the implementation of quality assurance processes across production areas, ensuring compliance with site standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
Responsibilities * Assist in monitoring and verifying product compliance with legislative and customer specifications, including temperature, contamination, labelling, weight, and packaging.
* Support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that outgoing products meet required standards and are fully traceable.
* Conduct label checks to confirm accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
* Perform quality checks and sampling in line with the site's H.A.C.C.P plan and customer-specific requirements * Assist with equipment calibration and ensure accuracy of scales and machinery.
* Participate in internal audits, supporting the resolution of any non-conformances and promoting continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues and provide solutions.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation of quality checks, tests, and audit findings.
