Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Basildon, Essex - £30k to £60k p/a East Bridge Recruitment are now looking to expand their employment services with the offering of a fully dedicated permanent staffing division.
As a business that mainly operates within the temporary sector, the new Permanent Recruitment Consultant has an excellent opportunity to work with many of our existing clients within the business, plus the chance to grow with the addition of new clients.
The Permanent Recruitment Consultant we are looking for will have: Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience running a busy perms desk Proven track record of winning new business and placing candidates into permanent roles Excellent knowledge of utilising industry specialist job boards The ability to prioritise and multitask A target driven approach and hunger to succeed Passion to deliver the very best customer service This job role as Permanent Recruitment Consultant will be working 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and you will be located at our brand new modern office in Basildon, Essex.
This is a 100% office based role.
In return you will be offered an excellent salary package with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with no threshold and targets in place for automatic basic salary increases based on performance.
You will also be given a laptop, mobile and of course all the love and support from your colleagues to be successful.
The office has a smart casual dress code with an early Friday finish.
