If you're wanting the chance to work for a company like no other, then keep on reading… As a Sales Executive your responsibilities will include… * Ensuring sales targets and conversion rates are achieved * Converting leads and exploring opportunities to cross sell to existing customers * Follow FCA regulations & develop expertise in PMI/ Dental & Cash Plan Benefits * Representing Dragonfly Crowd at networking events and exhibitions * Ensuring the company's CRM is kept up to date and all conversations are logged * Building relationships with Key Account Managers and Healthcare Consultants We're looking for a Sales Executive with the following skills and experience… * At least 1 years' experience in a sales role * A strong negotiator and the ability to notice cross selling opportunities * A passion for providing quality client care and successfully delivering results * Someone who is confident, not afraid to ask questions with desire to excel * Great written & communication skills and can adjust to different types of customers * Previous experience in an FCA regulated business would be an advantage In return, the successful Sales Executive will receive a salary of up to £30,000, plus the following benefits… * Private medical insurance * Social/team events * Early Finish Fridays Does this Sales Executive role sound right up your street?
