Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Lead Qualifier/Appointment Setter to join our team.
In this role, you will make outbound calls to businesses, promote our services, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

Description Key responsibilities consist of: Manage all aspects of account management.
Initiate outbound calls to promote company services to businesses.
Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Update relevant data daily .
Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed.
Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
