Main duties of the job We are delighted to offer the opportunity for an experienced nurse with a passion for neurosciences to help uphold and improve the high quality of care that we deliver.
We are looking for someone that can lead a team and constantly strive to deliver change and find new and innovative ways of working across Neuro Surgery, Neurology, Stroke and Spinal care.Attached you will find the person specification document which provides more detail about the essential and desirable skills and experience needed for this role.

Job description Job responsibilities The successful candidate will have a passion for neurosciences, will have a proven track record of implementing change and will be able to recognise the need for constant improvement.
They will have the wellbeing of patients and staff at the heart of everything they do and will be able to collaborate and benchmark with other units both regionally and nationally.They will have a proven track record of good financial management and effective use of resources to provide best patient care and ensure safety.
They will be able to work well within an MDT and various stake holders to meet patient need.
