You'll collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to expand the customer base, manage strategic initiatives, and build and oversee a dynamic sales team.
As National Sales Manager, your core responsibilities include: Key Account Management: Cultivating relationships with major clients across Manufacturing and Distribution driving specifications and product adoption.
Strategic Planning: Conducting an end-to-end review of the sales function and implementing a growth-focused strategy alongside the executive team.
Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and managing a results-driven sales team, ensuring alignment with financial targets and operational budgets.
What We're Looking For We seek an inspiring and experienced professional with: A solid history of success in sales, business development, and key account management within electrical or electronic product sectors.
Strategic insight to shape the commercial vision of the business while excelling in customer-facing roles.
Ideally, a background in electrical or electronic qualifications—though seasoned industry professionals are equally encouraged to apply.
