Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on Managed Services, Infrastructure, Data, and AI.
This role is essential to driving Kagool's growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value client relationships, ultimately expanding our footprint in the market.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in Microsoft services sales, combined with a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies in Managed Services and Data & AI.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target companies.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for Managed Services, Infrastructure, Data, and AI solutions.
Market Research: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth and enhance Kagool's value proposition.
Solution Selling: Effectively communicate the benefits of Kagool's Microsoft-focused Managed Services, Infrastructure, Data, and AI solutions, aligning them with clients needs and objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
Pipeline Management: Drive the sales pipeline, manage leads, and track progress against targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
Essential Qualifications Proven experience in a sales role within Microsoft services, with a focus on Managed Services, Infrastructure, Data, or AI.
Min 5 years experience selling Microsoft cloud solutions Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, particularly in Managed Services, Cloud Infrastructure, Data, and AI.
Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
A self-starter mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services.
Desirable Skills Familiarity with digital transformation trends and customer success best practices.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline and relationship management.
