We work with the individuals in our care to achieve positive outcomes that are meaningful to them.Shifts of days and nights including weekends.
Degree of flexibility to meet your availability.supporting adults through 24-hour nursing within a mental health care home.promote recovery through individualised care planning and support, enabling individuals to integrate into the community and to move onto more independent living.Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of the people we support on a daily basis.Excellent working conditions, with the opportunity for further training and development, an excellent benefits package available and an opportunity to work in a unique environment.Who you are:Establish and maintain good relationships with the people we support, their relatives and staff.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate person centred care plans for each person we support that meets their needs.Leading the shift with the support of the home manager, clinical lead, and fully staffed team of experienced support workers.Provide coaching, training, and support to the team.Undertake medication administration.Ensure people we support are treated with privacy, dignity, and respect at all times.Promote and maintain a good working relationship with all external bodies and commissioners.Must hold a valid NMC PIN.Who we are:We are a national provider of health, social and education services with over 30 years' experience.
