Role Overview

We seek individuals with 12 months post-qualifying experience in mental health nursing to join our team as Staff Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurse, or Registered Learning Disability Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services for males with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals. You will also participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each service user.

Working Conditions

We operate a 20-bedded low secure mental health facility offering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services. Our shift patterns include day shifts from 7:30 am to 8 pm and night shifts from 7 pm onwards.
