We're excited to announce that we are recruiting for our brand new In-Patient Discharge Unit.
What We're All About: Our vibrant 24-bedded unit is dedicated to getting patients home safely and swiftly.
With a cozy discharge lounge for patients awaiting their journey home, we focus on preventing de-conditioning and minimizing hospital stays.
Your Role: As a key member of our team, you'll help craft personalized discharge plans, ensuring each patient is out of bed, washed, dressed, and ready to embrace their day.
Your enthusiasm will shine through as you engage patients in fun, uplifting activities like arts & crafts, card games, and even strolls outside, all designed to promote independence and well-being.

Main duties of the job - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs under the guidance of senior staff.

Please note an NMC PRN PIN is not a full NMC PIN and would not fulfil the essential criteria for this role.
The NCA can no longer accept applications from International Nurses who are yet to complete all competencies needed to receive a full NMC PIN to practice in the UK as we have paused our OSCE programme indefinitely.
