What we're looking for: Relevant Qualification: Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or above) is essential.
Experience: Experience as a Deputy Home Manager or in a similar senior role within a residential care setting.
Understanding of CQC Standards: In-depth understanding of CQC standards and the ability to implement them effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with residents, families, and professionals.
Leadership and Mentorship: Proven leadership skills with a commitment to mentoring and supporting a care team.

Your day-to-day: Oversee Daily Operations: Assist the Care Home Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless care delivery and team coordination.
Motivate and Inspire the Team: Take the lead in motivating and inspiring the care staff, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to provide the best possible care.
Develop Individual Care Plans: Connect with residents and families to understand individual needs and tailor care plans that promote independence and dignity.
