In der Rolle identifizierst du wichtige Zielkonten, sprichst sie mit maßgeschneiderten Inhalten an, findest ihre geschäftlichen oder technischen Herausforderungen heraus und positionierst Trustpilot als ideale Lösung.
Du wirst potenzielle Kunden aktiv über Telefon, E-Mail und LinkedIn ansprechen, um qualifizierte Leads zu generieren, die du dann an unsere Sales Executives weitergibst. Gleichzeitig bekommst du die Möglichkeit, einen klaren Karriereentwicklungsplan zu verfolgen, um bei Interesse selbst Sales Executive zu werden. Wir stellen dir alle notwendigen Tools, Mentoring und Unterstützung bereit, um deine Ziele zu erreichen.

Was du bei uns machst: Du sprichst aktiv potenzielle Neukunden im Enterprise-Segment von Trustpilot an – per Telefon, E-Mail und über weitere Kanäle – und kombinierst dabei Outbound- und Inbound-Strategien Du recherchierst potenzielle Kunden und identifizierst relevante Entscheidungsträger, um Interesse zu wecken und Beziehungen im DACH Markt aufzubauen Du organisierst Demos und Anrufe zwischen potenziellen Kunden und unseren Sales Executives Du baust eine hochwertige Pipeline für unser Vertriebsteam durch Lead-Entwicklung und qualifizierte Verkaufschancen auf Gemeinsam mit unseren Sales Executives entwickelst du Strategien, die den Markt gezielt ansprechen und neue Kunden gewinnen Du suchst proaktiv nach neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im Markt Du übertriffst regelmäßig die wichtigsten Leistungskennzahlen, wie Lead-Generierung und qualifizierte Termine, auf monatlicher Basis Du entwickelst die Fähigkeiten, um dich perspektivisch zum Sales Executive weiterzuentwickeln Wer du bist und was du mitbringst: Erste Vertriebserfahrung - Erfahrung im SaaS- oder Tech-Umfeld können von Vorteil sein Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch Du hast Lust, eine Karriere im Vertrieb aufzubauen Du hast eine unternehmerische Denkweise und möchtest durch klar definierte Lern- und Verdienstwege vorankommen Strukturiert, organisiert und ehrgeizig – du schaffst es, deine täglichen und monatlichen Vertriebsziele konstant zu erreichen Proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität, die Initiative und Durchhaltevermögen zeigt – mit einer kreativen Herangehensweise Positives und kreatives Mindset mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Belastbarkeit, Ausdauer und die Fähigkeit, Einwände mit einem Lächeln zu überwinden Du liebst die Energie eines Teams, das im Vertrieb richtig Gas gibt Wir sind: Voller Leidenschaft für das, was wir tun.
