About the Programme Our Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders within Müller.
Over the course of the programme, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of volume and profit targets for key branded customer accounts while building winning relationships with national retailers.
You'll also provide critical market intelligence to support decision-making within the business.
You will work on real projects, and receive tailored training to build a strong foundation for your career in Commercial.
For a high performer that delivers strong results there is also the opportunity to lead the management of national high street retail account within the first year After completing the programme, you'll continue to expand your expertise, developing key skills that will prove invaluable in a Commercial Team.

What Will You Need?
