Job Description We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at New Pines Holiday Home Park in Rhyl, Denbighshire.
Hourly rate of £11.44.
This is a seasonal position to work part time hours.
This will be 21 hours across 3 days which will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.  This position will run until approx.
10th January 2026.

About The Role Main responsibilities: The successful Receptionist will ·      Meet and greet resort guests.
·      Assist guests with any queries they may have.
·      Advise on the local area.
·      Issue accommodation keys and information.
·      Advise guests on events within the resort.
·      Handle telephone calls.
·      Deal with customer complaints.
·      Accurate cash handling.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
