Receptionist - Internal Only

We are looking for a **Receptionist **to join our team at** New Pines Holiday Home Park **in** Rhyl, Denbighshire.**_ _**_Hourly rate of £11.44_

This is a **seasonal **position to work **part time** hours. This will be 10 hours across Wednesday and Thursday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Receptionist will
- Meet and greet resort guests.
- Assist guests with any queries they may have.
- Advise on the local area.
- Issue accommodation keys and information.
- Advise guests on events within the resort.
- Handle telephone calls.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Accurate cash handling.

**Requirements**:
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
