B2b Client - Paid Media Manager - Full-Time - Up to £50,000 per annum plus 20% Bonus - Hybrid/Chester I am currently recruiting for one of my rapidly growing B2b Services clients who are looking to bring onboard an experienced PPC Manager to join their team on a permanent basis and be part of their exciting growth trajectory that they are currently on.

This role may appeal to you if you are either a seasoned PPC Manager in a B2b business or a PPC Executive with the years of experience looking to step up.

Up to £50,000 + competitive company benefits.
Hybrid working - 2 days home/3 days in their state of the art office in Chester.
Essential experience: 5 years + experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC and a proven ability to deliver strong ROI.
Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools is essential in addition to data-driven approach to analysing metrics and translating insights into effective strategies.
A solid understanding of bid management, audience segmentation, and offline conversion tracking techniques is also required.
Experience with dealing with large PPC revenue spend.
Experience of working in a B2b environment either client or agency side.
Experience of managing agency partnerships or worked within agency prior.
Ideal experience Legal or HR services experience highly desired but not essential.
Certifications in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs are highly desirable.
Essential soft skills: Personality needs to be someone who is a go getter, assertive but can manage and build relationships with challenging stakeholders.
Calm and collective under pressure, can manage problems calmly and can take accountability.
Someone who is good with presenting numbers not just to technical people, but also can articulate it to other stakeholders in the business in lemans terms and get their buy in.
Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management.
A lot of the PPC leg work will be carried out by the business' agency partners so this role is more around PPC strategy and liaises with c-suite stakeholders across their various business units.
