Artworker

This role is part of our wider ITG studio team and will be supporting with implementation for Halfords for all channels.
Working closely with the ITG Halfords Studio team to help manage consistency of Halfords templates and adhering to the Halfords brand principles and guidelines.
You will be supported by Senior Account Managers, Brand Guardian and Studio artworkers to work through briefs, and they will traffic review, approve and facilitate file handovers to the client.
  Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Taking design guidelines and concepts and translating these into templated layouts.
Halfords is a fast-paced retail environment, with many decisions made at speed.
This exciting role keeps this process moving but helps maintain clarity and consistency for all stakeholders.
Working closely with Halfords ITG Studio to understand briefs and action changes quickly.
Reviewing and verifying artwork files when they are completed, for adherence to brand consistency and implementation Requirements Applied knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite of production software Strong understanding of design principles, typography and layout Able to understand and interpret design guidelines in artwork execution Able to work at speed on large volumes of repetitive artwork setting Good understanding of artwork specification requirements for all printed and static digital mediums Conversant with use of digital workflow systems Have an exceptional eye for detail and meticulously high-quality standards Be able to develop new knowledge and skills proactively Exceptional communication skills Knowledge of colour management and proofing an advantage 5 years experience of creative artwork production Benefits Work's a treat
