  Key Responsibilities of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Provide high-quality support to the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
Lead small group interventions and support individual students to enhance their learning.
Work closely with students to support their academic and emotional development.
Assist with classroom management and help create an inclusive, engaging atmosphere.
Supervise students during break times, and provide pastoral care when required.
Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Skills & Qualities We're Seeking: Hold a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Have proven experience working in a school or educational setting (preferably in a similar role).
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students and staff.
A proactive, flexible approach with excellent classroom management skills.
