Key Responsibilities: Prepare management accounts for three companies within the group.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Manage monthly payroll.
Supervise and manage one team member.
What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
Experience with Sage accounting system (desirable).
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Ideally, you must be immediately available to start the job or on a shorter notice period.
