Person Specification Qualifications Essential Registered Nurse (Adult, Learning Disabilities and / or Mental Health).
Where Learning Disabilities or Mental Health, a relevant qualification in physical healthcare or ability to evidence up-to-date knowledge and experience of working with physical healthcare needs in a mental health or learning disabilities setting.
Teaching qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent) Evidence of continued professional development Desirable Certificate in clinical supervision Management Training Experience Essential Relevant experience of working with adults with mental health needs.
Or clear evidence of substantial experience of working with individuals in crisis and skills that are transferable to both the community/in-patient.
